Beach, Please: 45 Great Beach Towel Designs

Can you believe that half of the summer is gone?

As I am typing this from the very sunny, very hot Sardinia, it’s so hard to believe!

My holiday will be over in a couple of days (aarrghh) but I do hope to fit in a quick getaway there and there by the end of summer. And what’s best when you are chilling on the beach? A very cool beachwear!

This season, besides all of the swimsuits (5 to be precise, hehe), I’ve found myself excited about.. beach towels! Not your regular chain store ones you’d mindlessly pick up before a seaside visit. No, I mean an inspired design to wrap yourself in, which you know will stand out.

Check these designs below from Society6, a home to thousands of artists from around the world selling their original work as fine art prints, apparel, and yes, beach towels.

Style Files | Scandi Uniform

The big Scandinavian style hype started sometime in the early 2015s and since then it became a wardrobe staple for many. I too admire the clean lines, minimal shapes and monochromatic colour palette of the “Scandi Uniform”. I like how versatile it is and how easy it is to glam it up with key accessories or statement shoes, can be dressed up or down for work or play.

Here are a few of my favourite Scandi looks that I came across on Pinterest

The black, navy, cream and grey items are mix-and-match heaven and absolute must have in my wardrobe. Each season I add a few key trend pieces, pop of colour and interesting details to make it more fun and me. This season I am obsessing the statement sleeve trend and starting to bring in more light colours for the warmer days, especially soft dusky pink (the bright fuschia is a little too strong for my taste). Currently, I’m on the lookout for a good camel/sand coloured trench coat, any suggestions?
